Spacious, well-ventilated, and freshly renovated, this modern room boasts ample natural light streaming through its large window. Newly furnished with a comfortable bed, quality mattress, dresser, clothes rack, and optional desk, the room offers both comfort and functionality.
Notice that the room is on the first floor and there is a bathroom where it will be shared with just one more person after September.

Is a an inclusive environment. Our home is inhabited by a communicative and music-loving couple. We seek a like-minded individual to not just inhabit our space but become an integral part of our household.
Emphasising cleanliness, organisation, and mutual respect. Presently, we are three residents, with room for a maximum of five. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets, despite our fondness for them.
Our home provides a serene space for relaxation and peace. Kindly note that we don’t accept visitors.

The house encompasses a spacious living/dining area, a compact gym, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower facilities, a serene garden, laundry amenities, a garage, and attic storage space for your convenience. For added security, we have installed a doorbell with a recording security camera.

Conveniently situated:

mere 2-minute stroll from a bus stop (serviced by routes 144/102/34/444/SL1)
Silver Street train station accessible within a 10-minute walk or a single bus ride
Piccadilly Line station (Wood Green) is a brief 15-minute bus journey away.
