Non-smoking double room in newly refurbished house

There is a large for London garden with patio area, brand new kitchen and large bathroom. It is a residential family area so is pretty quiet but close to everything you might need. By train (just become tfl, so is the same price as the tube, also on oyster) it is 6 minutes to seven sisters tube or 25 minutes (on the fast train) to London Liverpool street, and Edmonton centre is at the end of the road. There is free on street parking. Rent covers all bills including sky+ tv and is £550 for one person or £600 for a couple.

I have two kittens and I mostly work from home, I do have to go away on projects for up to a week at a time so any applicants must be willing to feed the kittens when I am away, and occasionally mow the lawn.
