A beautiful spacious flat in Zone 1. It is in a quiet area in Elephant & Castle. The property has a concierge, an open kitchen, living room, and rooftop garden access. We are right beside the new elephant park which includes a lot of new bars and lovely restaurants.

There are currently 2 females, looking for 1 other flatmate. We are very sociable and enjoy good company. We are looking for someone more than a flatmate and we value cleanliness.

The property allows access to many nearby transport links, making it a connected part of the city. 8 mins walk to Elephant & Castle tube station, and 5 mins away from Tesco.

THE ROOM:
The room is ready for your arrival, equipped and furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a mirror, and bedside tables. The room is really spacious to fit a desk and other things if needed.

BILLS are approximately £150 each month depending on usage. This covers council tax.
