Double Room in Elephant and Castle/Bermondsey
Our housemate is moving out. Looking for a lovely person to fill her boots.
The room is a large double - semi furnished. The house has a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms between the three of us.
The flat is in zone one. It is easy to get literally anywhere from here. Lots of supermarkets nearby. It's pretty good.
I work in podcasts and also write screenplays, my housemate Orrin works at Thames Reach. We are both pretty busy, I am out most evenings. But the vibe in the house is pretty pleasant.
The room is £667 with bills that has been £789 but that may come down a bit. So pretty good price for where we are and the space we have.
