Lovely room in south of Elephant & Castle

Hi there!

We have a lovely room for rent in our 3-bedroom flat in South of Elephant and Castle, officially available from the 26th of May.

About the room: It's a double room with bed, bedside table, and Ikea cube shelving unit (Kallax). The white wardrobe and the desk (different one than in the photo’s, sorry about that) are from the current tenant who is happy to sell it. Your room also faces a lovely small and quiet park, and has amazing view of the city and the Shard!

About the flat: The flat has been refurbished last year and is in great condition and double-glazed. We have a very bright living room with a nice table and sofa where we like to chill in the evening, a modern kitchen, a separate toilet and shower room, and a lovely balcony.

The flat is nicely situated just off Old Kent Road with a big Tesco very nearby. The flat is about a 3-minute walk from Old Kent Road bus stop which has lots of buses bringing you to central London. Elephant & Castle is about a 5-10 minute bus ride. You will also have Burgess Park a 5-minutes walk away to relax, go for runs, picnics etc!

Rent is £830pcm + bills. Bills usually come to around £110 pcm for everything e. g. council tax, Wi-Fi, water, gas and elec. (may be slightly lower during the summer period).

About us: You’d be living with two professionals (mid-20s and early 30s) who work in law and banking. I am moving out to move back to my home country and I will miss living here.
We enjoy cooking in the evening, and hanging out together when we can! We like exploring London and hanging out with friends. We are looking for a like-minded professional who is friendly, but also clean, tidy and considerate, and who would like to make this place a home.
