I am going to move out at the beginning of May and therefore I am looking for someone to replace me.
We are leaving near Elephant and castle, at a 15-20min walk distance from the tube station (northern and bakerloo lines, and national rail) and 10min by bus (SE17).
We are looking for an easy-going person, clean and professional.
The apartment has all the comfort and commodities necessary to live in a perfect environment. This is a duplex with the rooms on the 1st floor, and the common areas on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilets).
We like to chill in the living room with food and drinks, but we also respect each other intimacy.
The rent is 800£ bills included.
The room is spacious and luminous.
