Double room in Elephant and Castle

I’m currently looking for a lovely individual to move into our 2-bedroom flat. I’ve been here for 3 years and my current flat mate is sadly moving out, so now I’m on the lookout for someone who’s a great fit for the flat 🏠

I’m looking for a lovely and considerate person, ideally between 25-30. (No students) As you can see from the pictures I love to keep the flat nice and tidy so a clean and considerate person is a must, who would be happy to share the communal cleaning. Ideally mainly office based with only 2 wfh days. Someone respectful + has their own life in London but I always love to make new friends so would be really nice to have someone to socialise with, cook cute dinners, go for a drink or just chill on the sofa and watch some telly!

Some details on the Flat:

Rent is £1,200 per month, plus around £150 each for bills. We also share the cost of cleaning supplies and shared household items.
Bill breakdown:
Council Tax £133
Electric £121 (hoping to move to a cheaper 1 year fix tariff for the start of our contract)
Wifi £43 (We can look to see if there’s any cheaper options)
(This total does not include TV license) 
(cleaning supplies normally around 15/20 each a month depending!)

2 bedroom flat with a looovely balcony ✨ Perfect for the hopeful summer where can have some cutes dins and drinks! Open plan kitchen / living room, dishwasher, (I’ve purchased a TV for the lounge for chill nights in) 1 bathroom. Plus a friendly concierge downstairs which adds an extra sense of security. We have inspection every 6 months.

Your room is furnished and the biggest room in the flat (two double wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk but no chair, bed) the room also has large sliding doors with access to the balcony, we can also access the balcony from the living room so its a lovely little shared space 🌞

5 min walk to elephant and castle Thameslink
8 min walk to elephant and castle underground (bakerloo and northern line via bank)
13 min walk to Kennington station (northern line)

A little bit about me:

I'm a 27-year-old graphic designer who works in south London loves a mix of cozy nights in and socialising + going out with my friends around London. From time to time love to have friends over for dinners and drinks but I’m super considerate! When I’m not busying about with work and friends I’m having the occasional baking session 🍰 Also do enjoy my own company when it’s been a looong week 🙂

Please get in touch if you think you’d be the right person for the room, if we move ahead with you moving in you’d need to transfer my current flatmate the deposit and your name would be changed on the holding deposit. We would co sign the contract and sign on for a 1 year tenancy and you would need to pass referencing checks.
