1 room available in a 3 bed flat in Elephant and Castle.

We are two young (27/29) professionals working in the arts/charity sectors both with creative backgrounds/hobbies.

We have created a small but cosy retreat from the bustle of New Kent Road and are looking for a calm, tidy flatmate to share our home with.

The room for rent has inbuilt storage, a double bed and a small desk. It is a peaceful room, with a window looking onto the shared balcony facing a tree.

The room will be £625 a month including bills and council tax. This figure will slightly increase in August when the landlord renews the annual tenancy.

Very central location, located 10 minutes from Elephant and Castle overground and tube; great for getting to all parts of London.

There is a shared kitchen, airy living/dining room, separate toilet and bathroom.

We both enjoy creative activities, music, galleries/museums, reading and films.

As flatmates we are up for a movie night together, and connecting, and equally respect each other's independent space and down time.
