Sadly I am leaving my double room in the penthouse situated in the Mawes House development in Elephant & Castle.
The room has floor to ceiling windows with views of Canary Wharf, the City and the Shard. Please keep in mind that the bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.
The flat itself is spacious and has a large south facing balcony, this means that the apartment is plenty of sun during the day. The living space and bedroom also has A/C.
You will be sharing with two people. Both are professionals who generally work 9-6/7 and like to keep the house clean and tidy. They are both very friendly and happy to socialise after work!
Please note the amount is before bills. Due to the landlord (Get Living) requirement, your gross salary must be £36,000 p/a or more.
