Ensuite Double Bed Room in Elephant and Castle

Hi there! I am currently a tenant looking for someone to fill an ensuite double bedroom in Elephant and Castle.

The flat is located on the 6th floor of Metro Central Heights, a gated set of residential buildings with a 24/7 reception and a 2-minute walk to the tube station. There's a Sainsburys and a bunch of restaurants around the area.

Move-in mid-end June (earliest 7th) but can be flexible.

Will be sharing the flat with myself - I'm a 23-year-old product designer. I work in the office 5-days a week and travel quite often for work as well. I'm quite an outgoing person and go out sometimes aswell (would be fun to go out together).

I'm looking for a social person that would be respectful of the shared spaces and reasonably clean. Preferably a professional with a similar lifestyle!

Bills and services:
Council tax band D
Rent includes water bill but nothing else
Bills come out to around 150-200 in total per month.
