2 double rooms available in Euston/King's Cross.
You could move in any time on the 19th of June (only one room) or on the 19th of July (both of them are 12-month contracts). Great location - there's a supermarket, a pharmacy, a clinic, two pubs, two off licences and different restaurants down the road.
The rent is very cheap for the area and you can walk anywhere in Central London: Oxford Circus, Camden etc. You'll be saving money that you would spend on the tube, as it is easy to take the bus anywhere.
It is a really nice maisonette. There is no living room, but there is a kitchen with a sofa, where everyone can hang out. There is one bathroom and one toilet and all the rooms have exactly the same size.

I am a 23-year old Brazilian girl, who has graduated in Marketing in 2013 and has been working in Marketing since then. I am an extremely sociable person and I love going out and travelling.

I am preferably looking for professionals, as we have to share council tax - unless you are a student willing to pay council tax (£29 a month).

I would like to live with an organised and clean person, who is also outgoing. Someone who doesn't mind having people around at the weekends and who is willing to build a good relationship with other people in the house. Ideally, I am looking for extroverted people who also enjoy going out and who will do it with me! I really want to find the right people to move in, as I have lived with very introverted people this year, which is terrible when you live in London! I love going out, but I am also considerate and I expect everyone else to be - E. g.: I don't mind any noise at the weekend, but I also work in a 9-5 job and would like to be able to sleep during the week.

I am afraid you will need a UK-based guarantor or to pay 6 months upfront. Gas bill is included in the rent. Internet is £2. 50 a month for each person and we are planning on paying for a cleaner to come here at least once a month.
