We have a double room available in our Finsbury Park house from Friday 31st May 2024.

The property is a large 5 bed house with 3 bathrooms, two large reception rooms, roof terrace and garden. There are plants and various bits of art throughout. Within the garden is a newly built outhouse with under floor heating.

Large double bedroom on the 1st floor of the house with a wardrobe & double bed. The bathroom on the 1st floor is shared between 3 people.

the location
On a quiet road 2 minutes walk from Finsbury Park Station and 5 minutes walk from Arsenal Tube Station.

the price
Rent - £887pcm
Bills - £133 pcm - this includes all utilities, council tax, broadband in house and out-building, and a weekly cleaner.
Deposit - £1170 (ad wont let us put > 1k above but this is the right number)

the term
it's a long term rolling contract but we're looking for someone for a minimum 6 months

We are all friends and have been brought together either through friends of friends or through uni. We all work Monday - Friday and enjoy our free time watching tv, going to the pub, having bbqs, going to the park and going to exhibitions. Sometimes all together, sometimes not.

We are hoping to find someone as soon as poss so get in touch :)

p. s. our flatmate has a lovely cat called Jean-Claude who has one eye. He's an indoor only cat for medical reasons, and is a total charmer.
