Bright room in pub conversion flat to rent

Bedroom

We have a ground floor room available to rent in our pub conversion flat. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2, bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen/ living space area. We have insanely fast wifi down, and pretty good up.

-Bills-
The council tax is £51 pp a month.

Bills are not included and normally end up being around £70 pp including internet.

We also have a cleaner come once every 2 weeks, which works out at about 50 quid pp a month as well.

-About the room-

The room is the only room on the ground floor (the other two are basement level), and allows in plenty of light. It is the largest bedroom in the flat.

Being above ground, the room does get a fair amount of noise from the street, so heavy sleepers/podcast listeners would probably be better suited to this room.

-About the flat-

The flat was formerly a pub and was converted a couple of years ago, this gives it a weird but fun layout. Both the bathrooms are downstairs, and there is a spare room that we use for guests and laundry.

The kitchen and living space are one room, separated by a split level. Our kitchen is fully equipped with middle-class gadgets, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. We don't have a microwave.

Please note that the kitchen is not kept kosher or halal.

There is also a sunken well that can store things outside, and a shared bikeshed above ground. The sunken well is absolutely NOT haunted.

-About us-

We're two (young?) professionals who share interests in gaming, film, and cooking. We work in video production and property respectively, and work 9-5s. I work from home 90% of the time so I am normally in.

We're big fans of gaming and normally play on PC. If you're into FPS titles and multiplayer co-op games then definitely apply! We also have a big TV that we like to play split-screen stuff on (mostly old COD Zombies), and we watch quite a lot of movies.

The living space in our flat is rarely empty, and we quite often like staying up late having a few drinks, playing music, watching movies, and chatting towards the end of the week. Ideally, we would have a flatmate who would want to join in with this stuff wherever possible. If you like an early bedtime and lots of peace and quiet then this place probably isn't for you, but we're not a frat house either.

As Spare Room asked for it, we're both white and cisgender. One of us is bisexual.

-About you-

We would love our flatmate to share a lot of our interests, have a liberal attitude, and be up for getting to know us and coming to the pub now and then.

As we're both men, another man would be preferred, but it's not a dealbreaker if we all click. All genders are very welcome to apply! Applications will include an in-person meeting. We can meet in a public place first if that makes you more comfortable.
