My room is coming up for rent in our conveniently located flat on Stroud Green Road. Rent is £588 per month and bills come to roughly £110 per month on top of that.

The room is fully furnished, on the middle floor of a 4 bed flat above a pharmacy. It is a very large room with plenty of room for furniture and a desk. Some furniture comes with it, and I’m happy to sell some of the other furniture in it at a very fair price as I’m looking to get rid of it.

THE HOUSE
The house is spread over 3 floors, it has one bathroom, a good sized shared kitchen and large living room (complete with fire TV + streaming service), as well as a big balcony which is perfect for summer BBQs.

THE HOUSEMATES:
The housemates are Tom, Kell, and Rosie. Tom is self employed, Kell is in the food and drink industry, Rosie is a chef in a cafe. Everyone has their own life and routine and are respectful of each-other’s space, but also a friendly flat where people socialise when they get the chance.

LOCATION
The house is about 10 mins walk from Finsbury park underground which is super handy for piccadilly & victoria lines and national rail services. Crouch hill overground is only 4 mins walk too! Stroud green road has everything you need including a big Tesco and Lidl, lots of nice independent restaurants, and few good charity shops too! Access to green space is really good being within easy walking distance of Finsbury park, clissold park, Woodberry wetlands and parkland walk as well as Alexandra Palace and Hampstead heath just a bit further away.

The room is available from 26 June - possibility for some flexibility but the tenancy will have to start from 2 July.
