Double room PLUS own study/walk in closet E7

Hello!
We have a good sized room available in our beautiful home. We have put down the deposit and are looking for a 3rd person to join the family!

Move in date is 5th November and deposit plus first month's rent must be paid by each of us on this day.

We have an advertisement for the bigger room which costs more, and which ever room goes first means I will have the other.

THE ROOM -
There is a desk and a wardrobe but you may need to provide your own bed if the landlord does not - we still need to confirm with him.
Next to your room is a smaller room which will be yours too! It would make a perfect office or walk in wardrobe, whatever inspires you!

The house is finished to a high standard, it is an end of terrace house with a pretty garden. It's aprox a 7 min walk to the overground station Forest Gate or 10ish min bus ride to Stratford. There is a side entrance to the garden and a shed if you wanted to store a bike.

The living room is going to be a bedroom, however because the kitchen is so big we will have a large sofa and coffee table in there to socalize.

A little bit about us, I am a student midwife which takes up most of my time but also work on top of that (got to fund my chocolate addiction somehow!), and Julia is a freelance photographer. She also has a lovely cat that will be moving in to the house with us too.
