We're looking for a new lodger for the comfortable, double room at the top of our family house, close to lots of transport links and easy commuting to London Bridge, Victoria, universities (e. g. Goldsmiths, UAL, Camberwell, LSBU, Mountview) and hospitals, (e. g. King's, Guys, Lewisham). In a quiet, green area. We're close to shops, cafes and restaurants, the parks in Dulwich and Peckham and Horniman Museum and Gardens are a few minutes away. Bike storage is available as well as on street parking (we're in the ULEZ zone). We provide a kettle and small fridge but you can use the kitchen, too. Optional bedding and towels are available and there's plenty of storage. There's a shower room that's shared occasionally with other guests. This room has a lovely view and suits a student looking for a quiet place to work or a professional who prefers somewhere quiet to retreat to after a long day. Previous lodgers are happy to recommend. as a quiet, friendly place to study or rest.
Bills including Council Tax are included in rent
