Double room near West Hampstead - Girls Flat!

My roommate is sadly moving out of our beloved flat in Fortune green/Finchley road area at the end of May in order to be closer to work.
We’re looking for someone to replace her in the contract. The room is 730£ per month, bills are excluded but are around 100/110£ a month. 5 weeks deposit is required.

The room is a small but cute double-bed, with a large window overlooking balcony and garden. The room has been repaint 1 year ago while the carpet has been changed when she first moved in roughly 2 yrs ago so it’s still in super good condition.
The desk and wardrobe are hers but could potentially sell them, while bed and shelf are staying, plus there’s a big drawer unit not in the pics :)

The flat is quite big 3 beds flat, composed of a living room, separate kitchen (with washing machine/dryer!! and dishwasher, small fridge and freezer), one bathroom with shower/bath and a separate toilet, plus a small balcony.

We are on the 3rd floor and we have a lift! (so no problem carrying big luggages up and down). There’s also car park space just in front of the building and the area is very quiet and safe.
We are just 3 mins walk from Fortune Green road where there's a lovely little park, an express Tesco and 2 gyms, a dry cleaner and a nice brunch spots but we also often walk down to West Hampstead high street (15 mins by foot or 5 mins bus) where there are lots of restaurants pubs and cocktails bars. 🍸🍹

Public transport:
The area is super well connected. There are many buses all 2 mins distance.
We are just 15mins walk from Finchley & frognal overground or 19mins walk from West Hampstead overground, Thames link train and West Hampstead underground (jubilee line).

Johanna (me) - 26yo French working as support specialist in tech. Into video games, travels and everything around Japanese animation. I also enjoy music a lot so I go to as many concerts as I can :)

Umayma - 22yo who works in hospitality, very sociable and respectful!

We are both super nice and very clean, respectful of shared spaces and super easy going. We’re looking for a girl, possibly similar age who can join us :)
