The communal area is clean and tidy and comprises with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

The utility bills are included in the monthly rent.

We offer weekly cleaning and maintenance service, also Wi-Fi as a courtesy. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.
