A large, bright double room - space for a double bed as well as a desk/other furniture with lots of built in wardrobe storage. The house also has a shared lounge area with comfy sofas and a Smart TV, as well as a separate kitchen and dining area. There's also a garden area with a BBQ.
About your future housemates:
Paul (27) works in finance, enjoys going to the gym or playing tennis/cricket, going out to pubs/restaurants and watching football or a good Netflix series.
Tom (33) works in Tech and is also currently studying for a masters in AI. In his spare time he likes to play football, have a drink with friends and go to concerts/festivals.
The house is also home to 2 cats who are really friendly and help to make the house feel like a home.
About you:
We're looking for a housemate that will be sociable - spending time chatting whilst cooking or watching TV in the evenings and helping us avoid coming last at the weekly pub quiz. At the same time we're looking for someone who's clean, tidy and respectful.
