Room in two-bed flat in Sands End, Fulham

Looking for someone to take my flatmate’s room in our lovely two bedroom flat, in Fulham.

You’d be living with me and my 8 month miniature dachshund puppy, Bonnie - so being a dog-lover is a must!

It’s a small but beautiful ground floor flat with a garden, close to the Fulham Arms pub. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The flat is fully furnished, partially by the landlord and the rest by me.

The nearest station is Imperial Wharf - we’re also only a short walk away from Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway.

The tenancy would start from early May and won’t come to an end until just over two years later.

Bills are roughly £200 a month each, including wifi and council tax. We also have a professional cleaner once a month at £48.

A little bit about me - I’m a 26 year old girl, working in Finance. I go into the office two days a week, the rest of the time I work from home.

I’m a warm and sociable person - but equally can enjoy my own company and respect other people’s space. I love travelling, cooking and spending time with my puppy Bonnie (who I’m sure you will fall in love with too)

I’m hoping to find someone likeminded, who can become a friend as well as a flatmate. Above all else I’d like someone who is relatively laid back, easy to live with and a nice person !! Xx
