We are delighted to advertise this lovely double room for single occupancy in this lovely 4 bedrooms flat, located just 10 minutes from Imperial wharf.

The room comes fully furnished!

The communal area is clean and tidy which is comprised of a fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required: To secure the room a holding deposit of £200 is required (this amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance mentioned below)

After that payment is made, you will be required attend our office to pay the initial two weeks and last two weeks of the contract (notice period) and also a One off payment of £200, this will cover the bills (Utilities Bills only) for the initial 3 months of the contract, after the 3rd month if you decide to continue with the contract on a rolling basis, no further payment towards the bills will be required.*

We offer a maintenance service and Wi-Fi as a courtesy, it is not included on the bills or rent. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates are young professional people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to maintain the same standards.
