Master bedroom in a fantastic area of London

Hello!
My amazing flatmate is moving out due to her studies ending and moving back to her home country, so I am hunting for a new flatmate.
I am Irish and a 27 year old teacher/governess so I never work from home - I am usually out of the flat by 7 and do not return until 5ish!
The room I am advertising is a master bedroom, and photos of that are pending - my roommate is just in the process of packing at present and I will upload these asap. The flat is in such a great location - only 15 minute walk from Parson’s Green station or 20 minute walk to Fulham Broadway (or a 5-10 minute bus!). There is also a Sainsbury’s a 30 second walk from the flat, which is a total lifesaver.
The flat itself is basic enough but it has everything we need and we have never had any real issues with it at all. The neighbours are no trouble and the landlady lives abroad- so all queries are dealt with by the agency. I love living here and have no plans to move out any time soon - as it is so wonderful!
I am a pretty sociable person, meaning I go out and see my friends a lot when I am not working, however I rarely have people over. I am totally up for a bev or just to hang out occasionally, but I also really appreciate and respect mutual privacy.
