I am leaving my double bedroom in a split level flat in Fulham
The room is ensuite with bath and shower and lots of built in storage 🛀
Great connection to tube : bus stop right outside the flat to get to Hammersmith in 10 minutes
10 minutes to Parsons Green
15 to Fulham Broadway and Barons Court station
The room comes with bed and mattress I can be flexible on leaving the bedside tables if wanted :)
Available from 16th of May but I’m quite flexible about that !
The rent is £1250 and usually around £120/150 of bills per months depending on the season
There’s a spacious shared living room and open plan kitchen on the top floor (washer/dryer and dishwasher)
I’m moving because moving in with my boyfriend but my flatmate is staying!
Sienna is a super friendly 23 year old Australian girl extremely easygoing. She works in a museum and loves to watch TV, hang out and cook but also enjoys her own time alone :)
