Double room to rent in lovely fulham 2-floor floor

One small double bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom flat share in Fulham (SW6). We would be charging £1000 a month for rent and bills are already included. The flat is located 10 mins away from Fulham Broadway tube station and around 5 mins away from various bus stops. Our flat is on the ground floor and basement in a quiet street, with a small outside space.

Dates:
The flat is available as soon as possible, the candidate would ideally be ready to move in by mid-May. The room is available until September 2024 and the rental period could potentially be extended to March 2025.

Additional information on the flat share and the room:
We are currently a three person household (2 women and 1 man), a brother and sister and a partner. Two of us are working full time in London (in online marketing and for a recruitment agency specialising in childcare) and the other is working part time as a Mathematics tutor. We are quite a quiet flat but very welcoming.

We are looking for a young working person or student, preferably a woman.

We have included images of the bedroom, containing a small double bed (120 cm wide), a wardrobe and some shelves. We are currently replacing an old desk and chair that will be next to the window. The desk should be there in time for any flat visits.
We have also included images of the common areas in the flat – an upstairs living room, a downstairs living room and shared kitchen and a shared bathroom (shared with one of the flatmates).
