The living room has a gas fireplace, 46” Sony Bravia TV, Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a comfortable Italian sofa.

There is a sleek big kitchen with all mod cons and a table with bar stools.

One big bathroom with travertine floor to ceilings tiles, under floor heating and a great shower (120cmx120cm) powered by a 3.0 bar pump.

I own the flat and you will be sharing with my current flatmate while I’m away. He’s a respectful and trustworthy man who has been living with me for the the past year. He is a professional in his early 40s who goes to the office Monday to Friday and sometimes even Saturdays. I am looking for a considerate person who will respect the common spaces and will treat the flat as if it was his/hers.

The room has my belongings but I’ll make sure there will be enough space for yours.

Rent is £450 per week and includes Superfast broadband, utility bills, linens, duvet, pillows, towels and all the other kitchen and bathroom essentials.

The flat is minutes away from the beautiful Bishop’s and river Thames. A Sainsubry Local and a Tesco Express are both 4 minutes away. Closest tube station is Putney Bridge and Parsons Green, respectively 10 and 12 minute walk. Bus stop is 4 minutes away on the Fulham road (14 (24hours) to Piccadilly and 414 to South Kensington both run very frequently) otherwise on 220 to Hammersmith in Fulham Palace Road.
