Luxury House, En-Suite, S. King, Great Housemates

Hi there,

We are looking for a professional male or female to come and join this amazing house.

Having left London a few years ago we have always rented our home to lovely housemates, this house has a legacy for creating wonderful friendships.

Your housemates
You will be mainly sharing with Lavinia (project management) and Michelle (primary school teacher) - your normal busy Londoners who really appreciate a serene, spacious, clean home to catch up and chill out in.

Katie also lives in the house but tends to stay just a few nights per week.

The house
Your potential new modern home has an abundance of space. It has four beds, three bathrooms, a fantastic kitchen, a garden and a really lovely living room.

You will have all of the mod cons including fast wifi, a water filter, Netflix, separate tumble dryer, multiple TV rooms, dishwasher and a lovely garden.

Your bedroom is at the top of the house and is en-suite. There are two other bathrooms downstairs.

Your bedroom
The is the master suite. It has a super king bed, a tv, plenty of light with three roof windows, electric shutters, plenty of built-in storage, a desk that you can work from and two chests of drawers. As it is at the top of the house you will enjoy privacy with no neighbours on either side.

The location
A great location with parks, shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes stroll away. The infamous Parsons Green is slightly more than a 10-minute park walk.

Travel
Imperial Wharf, Wandsworth town, Parsons Green, Clapham Junction and a number of bus routes are all easily accessible.

Setting the scene
Your fellow housemates are all professionals that work super hard, enjoy a chat over food/wine and like to live in a really calm, clean and friendly environment. It is safe to say this is not a party house so only apply if you are also not looking for this.
