We're looking for two new housemates to join our amazing Fulham flatshare from June 20th
Both rooms are doubles within a 4 bedroom first-floor maisonette with kitchen, living room, bathroom, additional WC and balcony terrace.
Flat is close to 3 tube stations- 10min walk to Fulham Broadway, West Brompton and Barons Court for the District/Piccadilly lines. It is a 1 min walk from Lillie Road for buses to Central London; 5mins from Dawes Road for buses to Clapham Junction; 2mins from a Virgin Active gym and Fulham Pools and just 1 min from our local pub! We are 10mins from the amenities of Fulham (shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema) and 5mins from a Tesco Express, and 10mins from larger supermarkets Sainsburys, Waitrose and the Co-op.
We are ideally looking for a professional, non-smoker aged 24+.
Deposit for both is £525. There's also a tedious £50 admin charge to sort the lease out. All bills included in the price.
