Large double room (second largest in the house - 'bedroom 2' in the plan, attached) available in a fun share house, which has large living and outdoor areas. There are three friendly professionals living in the house, who often share a meal or watch a bit of random tv together. The size and layout of the house affords opportunities for socialising or privacy at any time.

The House
There are four bedrooms; one huge, two large (advertised is one of these), and one smaller double bedroom.
Bathrooms on each floor; top floor for the guys, 1st floor for the girls, and the ground floor bathroom is shared.
There is a large living/dining area on the ground floor, very large kitchen with french doors which open onto the generously sized rear garden, 1st floor balcony, and roof terrace.
It's a quiet street, and the house is 300m from nearest bus stops (74, 220, 430, 424 buses), and only 200m from the Thames. Approx. 15mins walk to Hammersmith, Barons Court, or Fulham Broadway, and - slightly less to - Putney Bridge tube stations.
There is an off-licence 30m from the house, and a Nuffield Health 150m away. Bishops Park is only a 5min walk as well.
We're also lucky to have great - and very helpful! - neighbours.

We're all fairly active - and split our time between work, socialising, travel, and spending time at home. If we are not out at the gym/catching up with friends, or rugged up in bed after a night out, you'll probably find one of us catching up on tv on one of the couches, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

We're looking for a female only - sorry guys - so we can keep the 2/2 balance, which has worked well during the time i've been at the property.

Cost is £900pcm excluding bills - which are circa £100 a month extra per person.
