Hi there!

I'm a single professional looking for a friendly and considerate professional to move into my flat end November / 1st December.

I live in a stunning new, spacious and bright 2 double bedroom split-level flat in Fulham (Lillie Road), right opposite a large Virgin Active with tennis courts. The flat is fully furnished, the bedrooms have large in-built wardrobes and there are 2 bathrooms so you'll have your own.

There is a large open plan living room / dining room & kitchen with mod cons, sky tv, broadband and a small patio / garden out the back. The living room is ground floor and the bedrooms are basement level but the building is flood-proof and the rooms get loads of light. The price includes all bills and cleaner so it's a real bargain (through private landlord.)

I'm very friendly, sociable, easy-going, clean, and considerate and I'm looking for someone similar. I work Mon-Fri and I'm out quite a lot so I'm not looking for someone to spend all my time with but would like to for us to get along & maybe share the occasional bottle of wine ;)
