Large Furnished Double Room

Hey there!

I am moving out of my current flatshare to move in with some friends, so I have up for rent my large double bedroom in South Fulham.

The flat is in a block of 8 and is in South Fulham near Wandsworth Bridge. It's a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town station, with trains going to Waterloo, and a 10-15 minute walk (depending how fast you are!) to Parsons Green station on the district line.

The flat has 4 bedrooms and you'd be sharing with 2 couples (not coupley though! No cringe...they are amazing) and another girl. The girl is in NZ for a few weeks so we have a Scottish guy renting her room out for July, but she'll be back mid August. One of the couples are from Australia and the other from NZ. They're a great bunch of people and really laid back and easy to get along with. Everyone does their own thing and during the week it's pretty quiet. On weekends everyone's usually out and about exploring London and catching up with friends, trips away etc, but we do catch up when we're all in the house together and have been out for drinks a few times.

The flat has one bathroom and 2 toilets. One of the couples have an ensuite so the shower is only shared between 4. We all work standard 9-5 hours and haven't had any issues with shower times etc.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables (these aren't shown in the picture). It is on the corner of the building and has 2 windows which bring in an amazing breeze now we're in summer!

The current housemates are looking for a similar professional person, someone who's laid back, clean and tidy, and generally easy to get along with - the usual stuff!!!

The room is available any time from Saturday 18th July so is flexible.

Rent is paid on the 1st of each month, so upon moving in you'd only need to pay the remainder of the rent for July. And the deposit is £400.
