Flatmate wanted for 2 bed flat share in Fulham

Hi there..

I'm moving into a lovely 2 bed flat in Fulham at the beginning of October and looking for a housemate to join me.

The fat is on a first floor mansion block down St Olafs Road, just off Munster Road. It's around 10 minutes walk from Parsons Green tube and close to bars, restaurants etc.

It's a beautiful flat, light and airy, with a good size lounge and kitchen with dining area. The bedrooms are both really great sized doubles.

I've included a picture of my room on here as I stupidly didn't take one of the second bedroom. The available room is exactly the same size as this one with the nice big sash window. It comes with a King size bed, free standing wardrobe and there would be plenty of room for chests of drawers if you wanted as there's heaps of space. It also has a lovely ornamental fireplace. Next time I visit the property I'll take a pic of the available room and upload!

The room is £800 pcm excluding bills plus a deposit of £1,100 each and £42 for referencing.

A little about me.. I'm 32, originally from the north and have been working in Marketing in London for the last 5 years. In the evenings I'm pretty busy meeting up with friends and going to the gym but also love to have nights in with a box set and cup of tea (or wine!) on the sofa. I also love getting out of London from time to time and exploring other parts of the UK and Europe.
