Social and tidy house in Fulham

Looking for a new flatmate for 5 bedroom house in Fulham SW6 🩷

🏡A huge double bedroom available in a 5 bedroom house. The room is on the second floor with big beautiful windows that get plenty of light during the day. House is in a gated community. The first 2 photos are of the room!

📍LOCATION: a short 10 minute walk away from Fulham Broadway and West Brompton. 15 mins from Earl’s Court.

👯‍♀️HOUSEMATES: We are three girls and one guy from Sweden, Australia and Ireland. All of us are young professionals (we work in Communications, Sales/scale-up, & the NHS). Aged between 24 and 26.

☀️YOU: As a social and international house we are looking for someone who wants to be friends with their flatmates and call our flat a home. We're looking for someone who's tidy, looks after our space and is respectful. We have no preference in gender, but preferably aged 23-28.

‼️Important things to consider before messaging:
- Looking for someone to move in early june (exact date TBC)
- You’ll be taking over the contract (which ends in May 2025)
- The rent is due 6 months in advance (paid to Dexters - NON NEGOTIABLE this is the landlord's requirement)
- A one-month deposit + 2 months for the overlap of the contract as it ends in May but the instalments are in Sep/March
- References are required.
- Rent is 916 a month + bills (which is roughly £120 a month inclusive of council tax - band G- , wifi, water, gas and electricity).
