Spacious double room in Hammersmith for sublet!

Hi there!
I am subletting my double room ideally from August until December/January as I will be out of London for a few months :)

Here are some info:

The flat is located on a main street, less than a 15-minute walk from Hammersmith Station. There are Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose within 2 minutes' walk, Boots and a greengrocer's just next door.

You would be sharing a large bathroom and a sunny living/kitchen area with my two lovely flatmates, both in their 30s and very easygoing. There’s also a nice patio/back garden with a table and chairs, perfect for warm summer nights!

Couples are welcome.
The landlord will provide a temporary contract to grant you a relaxed and legal stay. You will be required to send a copy of your passport, your last three months' bank statements and your proof of right to work and stay in the UK.

Rent is £750 pcm, bills excluded (typically less than £100 including Council Tax!). The flat is in council tax band E, £169 per month to split among the tenants.
