The property is a two bedroom lower ground floor flat located on a quiet residential garden square in South Kensington and finished to a very high standard. The kitchen includes fitted appliances, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The lounge includes television with BT internet and TV subscription. Main bathroom includes walk-in luxury ‘rain’ shower. There is also an outside locked storage room that can be used to store a bicycle if required.

I own and live in the property and am looking for a flatmate for the second bedroom, which measures 2 x 4 metres. It is a lovely flat and a very welcoming environment. Preferably you will be mid-20s to mid-30s, non-smoking, professional male/female or mature student who is looking for a friendly living arrangement in a good, clean home.

The rent is £1250 per calendar month which includes all bills (utilities, council tax, unlimited high speed BT Infinity fibre optic broadband, TV, TV licence, cleaning). Access to the Square’s private gardens is included in the rent. I also ask for an upfront deposit of £800, which you will get back when you leave, subject to any reasonable deductions.

It is easy to park vehicles around the square. Permits are available from Kensington and Chelsea council (around £150 for 12 months).

The room is available from 1 October.
