Room available in SW7

Dear Future Flatmate,

I am a 26-year-old 2nd year MA student at Central St Martins from Hong Kong, and I have a room in my flat to rent in Gloucester Road. This proptery is owned by my family, so we are looking for someone who can help us give it some TLC.

Gloucester Road tube services don't usually collapse that easily. If it does, you can always walk to Earl's Court which isn't far. There are also buses running around. So, it's fairly convenient going anywhere. If you are a frequent traveler like myself, Heathrow is only 30 mintues away by taxi or tube.

About the flat:

The flat is a split-level property with 2 bedrooms with an open kitchen and under-floor heating system so it's quite toasty during winter. My room is upstairs, and yours is downstairs. The apartment building is a 3-minute walk away from Gloucester Road Station/ 10-minute walk away from Earl's Court. The building has 24-hour reception and security, laundry, maintenence services available as well. It's pretty cool if you're not very good with fixing things around this house like me! Sainsbury's is literally right next door. If you fancy a treat, Waitrose is right next to the station. There are nice pubs and restaurants close by as well. There is a David Lloyd gym right underneath the building if you want to join one. Other gym options include Fitness First in South Ken, and Virgin Active in High Street Ken. Tenants in the building are usually office people, young families and students from Imperial College, Kings and UCL.

The builing is a 15-minute walk from South Ken, V&A museums etc, and a 20-minute walk away from Harrods and Harvey Nics! Kensington Gardens, which is linked to Hyde Park, is also 10 minutes away on foot.

Rent is estimated at £300 pw exc. bills, but the final price is still being finalized and open for negotiations.

The flat wil be available for viewing from October 1st onwards.

- hoping to move in from early/ mid October until June 2015
- looking for a chilled, homely (but still cool) place for the - coming school year
- don't mind random Asian cook fests
- don't mind walking on your future flatmate (myself) doing yoga in the living room once in a while (I'm also a professional dancer)
- fancy blasting music once in a while to fuel yourself through work (I have a small but powerful sound system in the living room)
- up for chilled nights every now and then, and occasionally house parties...I mean gatherings...movies, drinkies etc
