I keep a VERY CLEAN house very friendly, NON party, quiet, respect others privacy, NON SMOKING household. there is use of washing machine and microwave, a good size very clean bathroom you would be sharing with ONE other person.
I am seeking £500. 00 pounds per month for the room (all bills included)plus £200. 00 deposit.

My property is ideally located within East Greenwich , situated in front of Maze Hill station
giving you a two mins walk away for trains to London Bridge (10mins) Waterloo, Charing Cross (taking 15mins max )
A ten minute walk, or buses 188, 129, 422 Two stops, to North Greenwich Jubilee Line. Giving easy access to Canary Wharf , STRAFFORD ( ten mins) and central London.
5 mins to DRL at Greenwich town centre for Canary Wharf 5mins max. There is also a very good bus service too 180, 199, 188 (night bus) 177, 129 all leading to rail stations. ( 108 bus from north greenwich takes you to Strafford also)
