Bright, double room in stunning Greenwich Cottage

Hello, I'm Dave. Fancy living with me?

My housemate has decided to buy her own place which means I have a spare room going in this beautiful cottage in Greenwich.

As this is done through a letting agent there is a contract for 12months and referencing will be sorted through them.

I currently reside in the room advertised and it's a beautiful, quiet, well lit space with tons of storage and a view over the garden.

The downstairs area is an open plan living room/dining area/kitchen with exposed brick and two fireplaces (one which i've turned into a bar and is personally one of my favourite features). Despite its galley size it's actually got a hidden dishwasher in there too which is perfect for two people and also means the dishes don't pile up.

The bathroom is shared, but it's a decent size and also has a bath and shower combined. And trust me, the shower is amazing which is something I'm oddly proud of.

The garden is a leafy escape which I've tried to turn into a bit of a social space with the inclusion of a tiki bar (which also makes for a great desk in summer) and a table and chairs lit with fairy lights at the back.

The house is just a 6min walk from Maze Hill station (4 mins if you're gay) and just beyond the station is the famous Greenwich Park. The surrounding area has 3 gyms, multiple restaurants, 4 supermarkets, a library, a pool and too many pubs to choose from so it pretty much has everything you'd need.

As this house is quite intimate I want to ensure I live with the right person so I will be interviewing for this property and also why I'd ideally like a LGBT+ person to live with.
