Double Room Available In Bright Greenwich Flat

The room

I need someone to take over my half of the lease on this bright, well-connected flat in East Greenwich.

The Person: The flat is two-bedroom, and you’d be sharing with my wonderful roommate Eliza, the patron saint of baking and providing the vibes of pure sunshine. She is 24.

The room: massive, spacious, with a large window overlooking the courtyard next to the building. We are on the second floor (28 steps total, no elevator) and the immediate area is very quiet and safe with very kind neighbours. The room comes furnished, including a built-in closet, desk and chair, floating shelves, and a bed with TONS of underbed storage space, as well as storage in the headboard.

The rest of the place: The living room is spacious and airy as well, also looking into the courtyard, with a lovely view of the surrounding nature and the skyline at night. The TV comes with the place, as does all the living room furniture. The kitchen is small but more than serviceable, and as an avid chef, I have tested it extensively. 

Nearby amenities: There is a Sainsbury’s Local, a Costa, and a dry cleaner’s all within a 1-2 minute walk. Within a 5 minute walk is a co-op, TWO pharmacies, about 7 more local coffeee shops/cafes, a number of really cute local pubs, an Odeon Cinema, and IKEA. Greenwich Park is a 10 minute walk away, and Greenwich Town Centre/Greenwich Market a 15-20 minute walk. We are less than a 5 minute bus ride to Charlton shopping centre, with a big Sainsbury’s, M&S, Lidl, and TK Max.  
Transport: We are within a 1 minute walk of two major bus stops, serving a total of 6 bus routes, as well as a 7 minute walk from Maze Hill Station (National Rail) which can get you to central in less than 30 minutes. We are also 17-20 minute walk (or, less than 5 minute bus ride) from both North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line) and Cutty Sark (DLR). Price: £900/month + bills (around £150 each).

Landlord requires proof of income of 30x the monthly rent, a UK guarantor, or 6 months up front.
