Single en-suite bedroom for students

Im subletting my room and finding someone to take over for the remaining period of the tenancy contract.

You must be a current university student to take over this contract.

I have an ensuite room available at the McMillan student village in Greenwich, SE8 3BU. The room will be available from 20/5/24 to 22/6/24 and is £219 per week, bills included. (Contract length may be negotiable into the summer months)

The room has a small bed, desk space, wardrobe, plenty of storage space and a bathroom. The kitchen is shared, but has enough cupboard and fridge space, with nice and clean flatmates.

It has great connections to different universities, with the University of greenwich and Trinity Laban being 15-20 minute walks and Ravensbourne being a 15-20 minute bus ride away.

It has great transport connections to central London, with bus stops right outside the accommodation, the Cutty Sark DLR station is a 10 minute walk and the Deptford station being a 10 minute walk away.

It has shops right outside, with Sainsbury’s and Tesco a few minutes from the room.
