Single room - Greenwich

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our lovely apartment in Greenwich. Our current flatmate is moving out sadly.

- 1 small room available in a three bedroom apartment
- Sharing a bathroom with one couple
- Rent = £950 per month + ~60 for bills (not incl. council tax)
- Bond = £1,000
- Available 8th June 2024

We’ll be signing on for a fixed term of 12 months so someone that is willing to stay for this period will be ideal.

The apartment is modern and furnished, has underfloor heating, good soundproofing, fast internet, and access to stunning communal spaces (rooftop bbq/hangout areas overlooking London, yoga studio, gym, bookable party venue). The building is well maintained, safe, and clean. It includes bike storage, cafe and helpful concierge.

We are just 5-10 mins from the Cutty Sark, Greenwich markets, park, restaurants, shops, bus stops and the DLR. The area feels safe, lots of families and dogs about, and is well connected to the rest of London. There’s a Waitrose, Sainsbury’s local, and Tescoes express within a 5 minute walk.

You’ll be living with two Kiwi couples, all in our late twenties and relatively social, enjoy hanging out with friends, but also love our chill time. Some of our interests include gaming, baking, music, sports, reading, movies/tv shows, board games. We’re looking for someone similar in age (late 20s-30s). We’re all pretty clean and tidy.
