The common area on the top of building is free to access with common kitchen, games and books, outdoor terrace garden and BBQ. There is a gym in the building free to access and exclusive for residents. There are also free weekly gym classes (Yoga and HIIT). The rent includes council tax (£158) and utilities (£110) a an additional cost of £30 might be added if cleaner is included. Cutty Sark DLR and Greenwich DLR are both a 5 minute walk away
