We are three young professionals, sharing a large & comfortable house in Greenwich. The spare room has 1 wardrobe, a table and a double bed.

There is a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, and a generous dining room/living area downstairs with a large flat screen TV. Prospective tenants will be sharing a large bathroom with two others who are clean and tidy; the bathroom has a large bath and separate shower. The house has been recently refurbished with top quality appliances.

The house also has a decking garden at the back, with room for barbecues in the summer.

Location:

The location is 5 minutes walk from Maze Hill train station, with regular trains (every 10 minutes during peak times) into London Bridge (12 mins) & Charing Cross (20 mins). Both Cutty Sark DLR & Greenwich station are within 15 minutes walking distance. We are close to Greenwich Park, the Maritime Museum and Greenwich village, which has a number of pleasant shops and the market. The are nice bars and restaurants in Greenwich and two cinemas nearby. There is a Tesco Express two minutes walk away, and a Sainsbury's superstore nearby.

The area is very quiet and safe, with a relaxed village feel to it.

Rent:

The room is available for short term in August 2014 with a maximum stay of 1 month. The rent is £690/month including all bills, with no deposit required
