Bright Spacious Double Room facing Greenwich Park

The house is situated in a lovely area right next to the Greenwich High Street and in front of the entrance to the beautiful Greenwich Park. Just across the street of the Queen's house and the National Maritime Museum. It's a really safe area.
A 5 min walk on the other side of the park brings you to boutique shops, gourmet restaurants and the bustling Greenwich market.

We have good transport connections to other parts of London. Easy access to buses -177, 188, 190, 129 stop almost in front of the house (Trafalgar Estate). DLR connections from Cutty Sark and train connections from Maze Hill railway station (couple of mins away by foot), 20 min to Charing Cross, 15 min to London Bridge.
It takes 15 mins by bike to New Cross Gate and Goldsmiths.
Also you can take a 5 minutes bus to Jubilee Line North Greenwich Underground Station.

On the lower floor of the house, there is a very spacious dining/living room, connected to the kitchen(oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and other basics) with access to the back garden, nice for barbecues. The garden has also a shed, ideal for storing bikes!

By the staircase of the lower floor, there is a first bathroom (marble, shower cabin) and some storage cupboards. The staircase takes you to the first floor where we have the second bathroom (also marble, bathtub) and two rooms.
The room we're offering (see pictures) is the biggest one in the house.
It is really spacious and bright in the morning as it has two big windows facing to the park and the beautiful architecture of National Maritime Museum and Greenwich Conservatory.
You'd also have a big working fireplace, beautiful wooden floor and two radiators.
The atmosphere in the room is ideal, and the house in general is very cozy.

The price is 750 per month for one person and 900 per month for couples.
Plus monthly expenses (we paid around 50 pounds in winter so should be much lower for the next upcoming months).

For non-UK people, the rent is ideally paid 6 months in advance (plus one month security deposit and some minor administration fees for the contract), and this is how we've been doing. In case this is not possible and you can get a guarantor, we can try to negotiate that with the landlord. If you're english you have different rules so we'd just have to talk to the agency and find out, but usually it's simpler.

House accommodates 5 people, 6 if you're a couple.
Everyone living here is friendly, clean and easy going. At the moment we are two girls and two boys. Average age 25.

The room will be available on the 24th of March but we need to know if you're interested before the end of February.
