Double Room in Greenwich

I'm looking for someone to move into my modern 3 bedroom flat (the third bedroom is a spare room which I use when friends are over, and just general storage). It's a lovely new build 10 minutes walk from Greenwich Park, and 5 min walk to Greenwich DLR/overland rail (10 min into London Bridge, 15 min to Cannon Street).

You get to live with me as well (which is really the highlight...). I'm a 34 year old Scot who has owned the property for around 5 years (I bought it brand new). I work in the city, but spend my weekends helping organise a local running group and cycling. I'm often in Scotland for work, or at my girlfriends so for about half the time I'm not in the flat.

I'm looking for a professional non smoker. Someone who is looking for a home rather than a place to simply crash. I'm open to LGBT people or any gender. Age wise I'm somewhat suitable however I wouldn't want a student or someone who is younger than 26.
