Great house in Greenwich/Deptford

I am sadly moving out of this wonderfully charming and fun grade 2 listed house.

We are looking for my replacement; someone sociable and laid back who will enjoy living in this vibrant area between Deptford and Greenwich.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen and living room, and two bathrooms. There is on road parking (which is free!) and a garden. There is a spare room which we use when people stay over and to store the bikes. Deptford train station is less than a 5 minute walk away (get to London Bridge in 7 minutes), Cutty Sark on the DLR (quick commute to Canary Wharf) is about a 10 minute walk (as is Deptford Bridge) and there are good bus links. Deptford high street is close by with shops and cafes and Greenwich is a 10 minute walk and packed with things to do. Rent is 600 a month and bills are roughly 100 a month. There will also be an agency fee. There is no fixed term.

Current housemates include 3 guys (Adam, Andrew and Ehon) with varying occupations and interests. We socialise together and with our respective friends. Everyone is fairly relaxed, enjoys watching sport/films/TV, going to the pub, going to the local gym or out for a run. Not fussed about male or female as long as you're easy to get on with, clean and enjoy some spontaneity.
