Amazing room in Greenwich with garden

About us & the House:
We're 2 students living in this architectural marvel from beginning of September till the end of June. We have a great discounted rate on the property as it's owned by my relatives, otherwise we would never be able to live here.

The house's architect is Zac Monroe, and you can find the pictures and description of the house on his website. The house was also featured in London Evening Standard (Houses & Properties section), and others due to its uniqueness in architecture and design.

A little bit about us... Greg is in 2nd year studying Art at St Martins and I'm in my final year studying Finance at City University. We're both very clean, friendly and generally nice people. We speak both French and English. Greg is half-British, half-French and I'm Belgian.

We're looking for someone respectful, either a young professional or student, who likes a family-like atmosphere, is happy to cook once in a while and can take care of the household as if it were his/hers.

There will be a few restrictions with what you can do in the house (i. e. parties, animals, smoking, etc.) but the rent price is well worth the property and comfort of living!

We're 4min walk away from Greenwich Station and DLR. The neighborhood is very charming, and there's a great garden for the sunny days. The pictures shown are the pictures from the architect's website so take them with a grain of salt, but I can assure you the property is absolutely amazing. It's a 4-storey household, and the room for rent is situated on the top floor with garden-view.

The room will be mostly furnished (i. e. bed, lamp, etc.) and you will only share a bathroom with one other, however there is no built-in wardrobe so we might buy an extra cupboard to make the room more comfortable. We're happy to accommodate the right person, as long as you're whom we're looking for! Apologies we don't have any pictures of the room, but I can assure you it's really quite nice and all of the upper floors are carpeted with the softest carpet you could ever imagine!

We're not in London yet, but will be from early September and the house will be open from viewings as soon as the current tenants move out (18th September). NO VIEWINGS POSSIBLE BEFORE THIS DATE, so please only contact us if you can wait until then. If we like you and you like us you can move in earliest 22nd September.

If you can't move in straight away we can be flexible as we're really trying to find the right person to live with us.
