The room available is a double room for single occupancy in Chiswick, Grove Park; it is furnished and located in a quiet area. It is just 3 minutes walk Chiswick Station Southwest train to Clapham Junction & Waterloo, bus E3 & 272, and proximity to river Thames.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with a focus on cleanliness. However, the living room is not available to share.

Not suitable for those requiring a work-from-home.

There are various amenities nearby, such as a dry cleaner, convenient shops, a coffee shop, and pubs along the Thames. Additionally, Hogarth Park and Roko Health Club are a 10-minute walk away.

The room is available for Monday to Friday, 7 days, and/or short-term let, If needed, there is a possibility of extending for longer term arrangements. With the deposit being £1000.00 and the weekly rent being £265, or £1000 per calendar month plus a share of the utility bills (averaging around £60 per month).

The room will be available from 01 February 2024.

Interested individuals must provide photo ID, references from work and previous proprietors, as well as proof of income such as bank statements or the last 3 months' pay slips.
