Dbl room

Hey everyone,
Im looking for someone to take my room from the 1st of June till July/ end of September

About the flat- 2 floors
First floor
Open space kitchen
Small corridor with a door that goes to the 2 available rooms, small toilet (basically private one).
Upstairs you have Evie's room, new bee in the house.
There is a bathroom as well with the bath and couple of storeroom
But the best part is the massive living room with a lovely balcony, and all you need to enjoy a night with couple of friends.

We respect each other's privacy, we don't mind having friends around for dinner or a chill night in the living room, when all of us are aware and happy about it.
Communication is our best skill!!!

The house is in hackney central next to the pedestrian area with all the shops, fruit, veggy, Primark, Sainsbury's, and so on, bar and market during the weekends

Bus stop is literally down the flat to go pretty much anywhere.

Overground is about 5minutes walk

The rent is 1200£ with everything incl, all bills and council tax.
