Hi all!

We have a large double bedroom available in Hackney Wick from the 15th June*.

The room is super spacious & has fitted wardrobes included as well as its own private bathroom and direct access to the roof terrace. The room can come unfurnished or part furnished.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a modern development in Hackney Wick. It’s a 2 minute walk from Hackney Wick Station & 5 minutes from Victoria Park.

The development is a modern warehouse style building with a 24 hour concierge, roof terrace, cycle storage & a residents gym.

A little bit about us.. I am 28, originally from Australia and working in real estate. Luke is 28, from London and works in asset management. We’re both super friendly and social, but also tidy & respectful of each other’s space.

We both work from the office 5 days a week & are out of the flat a lot of the time due to work, gym and exploring London/travelling abroad but also like to have a flat that we can call home and hoping we can find someone similar.
