The property is a 10-15 min walk from Hackney Central, Hackney downs and Clapton station. Bus stops and grocery stores are at the door step.
Homerton hospital, Kings hall leisure centre/ gym and multiple parks are all a 5-10 min walk away.

All bills and high speed broadband are included in the price.

There is a washing machine and dryer available to use. There are two bathrooms available to be shared as well as a large kitchen.

A muslim family currently resides in the property hence no alcohol or pork is consumed here and we would prefer someone to follow suit.

Female working professional would be preferred.
